The Challenge
The client required a highly engaging, high-conversion career portal to attract top-tier talent for their internship program. The platform needed to seamlessly pull live job data from a central API, handle complex multi-step application forms with secure document uploads, and guide users through an AI-based interview timeline without compromising on frontend performance or visual fidelity.
Our Solution
I architected a robust Next.js and Tailwind CSS web application, leveraging Radix UI for accessible components and Framer Motion for premium, continuous 2.5D animations. I engineered a secure, client-side validated multi-step application form that interfaces directly with external ATS APIs and triggers server-side automated confirmation emails via Nodemailer
